Designer Bharti Bhalla’s eponymous fashion label has a very versatile, modern, stylish appeal blending Indian sensibilities and romantic Design philosophy. Her style is a combination of modern and contemporary silhouettes with understated embellishments. It is also a magical fusion of western silhouettes, with Indian 'karigari' in terms of embroidery and fabrics. Bharti Bhalla’s creations speak of superb craftsmanship and quality. She launched her label with a show in February 2004 in Olive Bar and Kitchen in New Delhi, which created a furore in the fashion arena with her Spring Summer Collection. In September 2005, she showcased her designs on the ramp in Olive Bar and Kitchen in New Delhi and the applause she received said it all. In September 2007, she showcased her collection at the Pratham Fund Raiser in London, which was highly acclaimed.
